This is a private residence for an intimate stay. Capacity is 3 guests. This is not a party or event space — day guests and gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet hours from 11:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM for neighbours' comfort.
No loud music or hooting at any time. External / high-volume music systems are not allowed. Quiet hours from 11:00 PM.
100% smoke-free indoors. Smoking (cigarettes / marijuana) inside attracts a ₹10,000 fine. Smokers please use the balcony only.
No shoes inside the residence. Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Only registered guests permitted. Visitors require prior host approval.
Avoid cooking that produces excessive smoke or steam — the smoke detector will trigger the fire alarm.
Prohibited: easily flammable / explosive substances and strong-odour items.
Please conserve energy & water — switch off lights, AC and taps when leaving. Do not leave valuables unattended; the property is not responsible for loss.
