📌 House Rules
This is a private residence. Overnight capacity is 10–13 guests. Day guests / gatherings of up to 30 total are permitted on prior approval only — please confirm your headcount and plans at the time of booking.
Quiet hours from 11:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM for neighbours' comfort.
Music at moderate levels only. External / high-volume music systems are not allowed. All noise must cease by 11:00 PM (quiet hours) out of respect for neighbouring residences.
100% smoke-free indoors. Smoking (cigarettes / marijuana) inside attracts a ₹10,000 fine. Smokers please use the balcony only.
No shoes inside the residence. Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Overnight guests must all be registered with valid ID. Day guests (up to the 30 total) are welcome on prior approval — this is a residential building, so gatherings must remain orderly and neighbour-friendly.
Avoid cooking that produces excessive smoke or steam — the smoke detector will trigger the fire alarm.
Prohibited: easily flammable / explosive substances and strong-odour items.
Please conserve energy & water — switch off lights, AC and taps when leaving. Do not leave valuables unattended; the property is not responsible for loss.
Swimming pool open 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Lift available in the property.
Any lost or damaged inventory / equipment is charged at actual replacement cost.
