This is a real home, not a hotel — please treat it with care and don't expect hotel-style services. It has quirks, charm, and character.
Shoes off indoors. Slippers, socks, or barefoot — all welcome, just no outside dirt inside.
Smoking and drinking are permitted. Please keep it relaxed, respectful, and mindful of the home.
Quiet hours 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM. No curfew on entry/exit — just keep noise mellow overnight.
Planning to invite friends over? Lovely — just give the host a heads-up. Get-togethers of 6 or more are treated as a party booking (prior approval & different rate).
No balloons or decorations without prior intimation.
If you cook, please wash your dishes — there's no cleaning fee and we'd like to keep it that way.
